Safety Equipment for Cooking Outdoors and Stove Handling

When camping or cooking outdoors with children nearby, family safety becomes a priority.

For safer cooking and the handling of hot stoves, we suggest the following equipment:

• Fit a flashing kit to your tent and place a heat-protection mat underneath – this will protect your tent and floor surface.
• Heat-resistant gloves to handle hot stoves, water tanks and firepits
• A stainless-steel multi-slim table, to store cooking utensils and food
• A fire guard stove table to protect young children and pets from unintentional contact with a hot stove

You’ll need to position your stove in just the right place within your tent – choose from our range of  triple-wall chimney heat protectors. You’ll also need the right size and width of flashing kit and bend pipes.
